This is the agreement between you and Think Elevated LLC for using Peatchy. It is short on purpose: read it once and you know what we expect from you and what you can expect from us.

These terms are an agreement between you and Think Elevated LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #18259, Newark, DE 19702-5422, USA, the company that makes Peatchy. Using Peatchy means you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end user licence applies as well.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to remember or to leak. Keep access to that email address: it is how you get back in. If something looks off, such as a code you did not ask for, tell us at hello@peatchy.app or from Settings > Write to us.
Every member takes a selfie, and a person on the team compares it with the profile photos. We may ask you to do it again.
Your photos, prompts and messages are yours. To run Peatchy we need a licence to store them, show them to other members and deliver them, and by posting them you give us that licence. Nothing more: we never sell your content, and your photos are never used to train a model.
You must have the right to post what you post. We remove content that breaks the community rules.
Eleven rules. Breaking any of them can cost you your account.
We verify every member. We do not run background checks, so a verified badge means the person matches their photos, not that they are safe to meet. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, arrange your own way home. The Safety centre has the full list and explains exactly what happens when you report someone.
Prices may change, with notice, and never for a period you have already paid for.
A person reviews every report within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, the outcome is a warning, a suspension or a ban. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal from inside the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is in the Privacy Policy.
Peatchy is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not liable for what other members say or do, in the app or outside it. Our liability to you is limited as far as the law allows, and in any case to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Where your local law does not permit a limit like this, it does not apply.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court at home.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. For anything significant we tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using Peatchy after that means you accept the new terms.
